Step by step guide to start

Once you reach the home page of the website, you simply have to click on the "New account" link in the left menu or the ball with "Start Now!" / "Free to play". Done that you will see the game rules which you will need to agree at the end of the page.

You will then be presented with the choice of the game quality you want to play with. Normally you should play with the first option. Anyhow at anytime you can change it at any time.

Once the quality selection has been chosen, let the game load completely (this can take up to 1 min depending on your internet connection), if you don't get the following image, try reload the page.

Here you are directly in the game, you may walk either by clicking on the map or by using the arrow keys.

The first thing to do is to reach the arrow near the first standing guy a bit down left from where you appeared. Once you reach the arrow you will see a small window with some dialog. Fill in the few information requested, all is needed beside the email which you can leave blank.

Once you provided your user name, password, avatar gender and optionally the email, you will be asked if you want to follow the tutorial or not. We strongly suggest that you follow it (Say "I will be careful thank you!"). Now the NPC will disapear, and you are free again to walk.

You can chat with other either by passing the mouse over the "General chat - Over me" little window found nearly on the top of the page, or by clicking the "Chat window" link found on the top blue area. Ask there any kind of help. Player helpers are those which user name appears in green and their avatar have wings.

Now, go to the top left side of this room and walk over the yellow arrow again, and read the dialog, and try to open the door.

You will not be able to go there as the next dialog will instruct you, however you can continue and your journal (found on the bottom part of the screen under the "Journal" button) will contain some information.

You need now to walk down the room and exit on the bottom yellow arrow.

At this point you will enter a new map which is actually an external map and you are not anymore in that room. You may explore freely and talk to other NPCs by walking near the houses or the people you see on the map. All NPCs on this map do have a yellow arrow showing that there is something to do there. The first NPC you really need to talk to is found on the bottom left most house of the map, his name is "Joe the smith".

Ask for a weapon and the NPC tells you that you need to gather some material. Check now your journal, and see how much iron ingots you need. Talk to the NPC again and say you checked your journal, then type in how many you need. However you wont actually receive yet a weapon, instead you get a pick. You may now go in the mines found on the top right of this map.

To harvest metals you need to walk against those gray rocks found in the mines. The deeper you go in the mines the more likely you will find the metal. You will see if you got something or not by reading the result on the bottom right of your window, or by checking your inventory.

Once you have at least 1 iron ingo you may exit the mines and hunt for the wood cutter. The wood cutter (Robbie) is found on the bottom right most house. However he will again not give you what you need as you need first a "cheap heal potion" which can be found by Alex the alchemist which is the top left most house. Again ask for Alex for the potion and he will as expected now say he will instead show you how to make one, but you need first to bring a bottle of water from Jerry (the NPC found on the bottom right, outside of any house).

Jerry is actually a shop which sells only bottles of water. To buy one, type one in the left box or use the up/down arrow buttons and then click on "Buy selected" and finally click "Exit". At this point walk again to Alex on the top left and say that you have the bottle of water. Now you have the water and the red mushroom. Click on the "Skills" button, scroll and click on the "Use" link near the "Cook / Mix" skill.

Select the "bottle of water" on one of the selection box, and the "red mushroom" in the second, then press "Cook/mix", this will produce a "Cheap heal potion". Press now cancel, and go to back to the wood cutter Robbie and give him the cheap potion. Now that you have the hand axe, walk against some tree (for example the one on the bottom left) until you get 1 bundle of wood. Once you have it, go to Joe the smith and say you have the material, however he will not give you the weapon and instead show you how to make one yourself. So click again on "Skills" then scroll and click the "Use" near the "Craft" skill this time.

Select the radio button near the knife, and then press the "Craft" button, and finally the "Exit" button. Now you can go back to the room, and battle against the acid slug. Don't forget to equip yourself with the knife before the combat!

If you fail the combat, you can exit and talk to the first NPC on the right which will heal you, and then you can combat again until you succeed.

Once the combat is over, the tutorial is over also, and you will start the real adventure. However you should now know most of the activities inside the game, and remember to ask in the chat or in the forums if you are blocked. This wiki help also contains quiet some information.
